These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site and purchases of our chocolate products, available exclusively to customers in the United States of America. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your state to use the Site and make purchases. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and are not barred from using the Site under applicable law.
Products and Orders
All products are sold on an “as is” basis. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse/cancel orders at any time without notice. Prices are in USD and exclude the flat shipping fee of $5.99 per order. Orders are confirmed via email; check your spam folder if not received. Title to products passes upon delivery to the carrier.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship exclusively within the USA via carriers like USPS or UPS. Shipping is $5.99 flat rate per order. Delivery times are estimates (typically 3-7 business days); we are not liable for delays. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Payment
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the total order amount, including shipping and taxes. We do not store full payment card details. All sales are final unless otherwise stated; refunds per our return policy below.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of chocolates, returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. Contact us at info@chilakachocolates.com with photos. Refunds issued to original payment method within 10 business days after inspection. Shipping fees are non-refundable. No returns on customized or melted products.
Intellectual Property
All Site content, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is owned by Chilaka Chocolates LLC or licensors and protected by US copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use without written permission.
Prohibited Conduct
